We are currently out of network with all insurance providers. However, we accept PPO insurance plans that include out of network chiropractic benefits. Deductibles and other plan requirements will apply.

If you would like us to verify your coverage, please email info@bodyxchiro.com with a clear photo of the front and back of your insurance card, along with your full name, date of birth, and mailing address.

Please note that insurance benefits apply to chiropractic treatment only. We do not accept insurance for acupuncture or massage therapy.

Yes, we accept HSA/FSA cards. However, it is the patient's responsibility to confirm that their HSA/FSA account considers the service eligible and will approve the charge.

If your HSA/FSA provider requires specific information or documentation for reimbursement, please contact our office by email at info@bodyxchiro.com. We can provide a superbill containing the necessary billing information for you to submit to your HSA/FSA provider.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in our schedule that could have been offered to another client. For this reason, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or change to your appointment.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. Please text our office if you're running late so we can let you know if we're still able to accommodate you.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice): $25 fee
• No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice): 50% of the scheduled appointment price

Any applicable fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

If you have prepaid for your appointment and need to cancel with the required 24 hours' notice, your payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

To avoid any applicable fees, please contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Treatment areas must be accessible, please try to wear a tank top or sports bra if you want your upper body treated or shorts/loose pants if you want your lower body treated. Depending on your treatment, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level, so please dress accordingly.
